YOD was developed by certified Baptiste teacher, Danielle Jokinen - owner of Minnesota Power Yoga and designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body.
This 60 minute class begins with a POWERful yoga practice, followed by a sweaty HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout and finishes with a juicy cool down. Feel your muscles burn during the workout, feel your mind & body at peace by the end of class. The room is heated and music will be jamming!
In YOD we don’t use any props - a yoga mat, your bare feet and an open mind is all you need! Class is held in our level level studio (look for the black door)!
