A yoga practice can help teens learn to balance their mental and emotional states, relieve stress, and promote better focus, clarity, creativity. This class will use more advanced techniques to improve balance, coordination, and concentration.
This class is held at the same time as our Power class, so parents can enjoy yoga upstairs!
