~ Two New Class Offerings ~
Beginning the Week of October 7th
We're kicking off October by bringing back TWEEN Yoga and our 9:45am POWER class.
- Beginning Monday, October 7th at 6:15pm your son or daughter can enjoy an hour of yoga in our lower level studio while you enjoy your time on your mat upstairs. Ages: 9 -13
- A Yoga practice can help teens learn to balance their mental and emotional states, relieve stress, and promote better focus, clarity, creativity.
- Beginning Wednesday, October 9th you can enjoy a mid-morning POWER class after you send the kiddos off to school. 60 minutes of Power to start your day!
