- Beginning on Wednesday, August 14th - the 9:45am Power Class is moving up to 7:30am. and YES, going from 60 minutes to 45 minutes. (savasana is included)
- Beginning on Tuesday, August 27th - we're adding a Basics/Power class at 7pm in the lower level studio.
- Beginning on Wednesday, August 28th - we are adding a POWER yoga class at 7pm in the lower level studio.
