We believe that yoga is the perfect compliment to any sport. Yoga works on improving flexibility, balance, agility, and endurance while simultaneously strengthening the mind-body connection resulting in stress relief.
We've created classes specific to team sports to help foster a team building activity outside of the rink, field, gym, pool, golf course, etc. Students will learn the balance of both strength and relaxation.
