Join us for a class designed to spring clean stagnant energy that has been stored in the body, mind, and spirit over the winter months.
After a short guided centering meditation, we will move into poses focused on building internal heat by linking breath with movement and incorporating twists and gentle backbends to create space in the body. Through the remainder of the class, we will explore longer held yin and restorative poses with aromatherapy to alleviate physical and emotional congestion and create a sense of balance and renewal.
